Memberships

2022 Memberships – 256 sold, 2 replacements
– We have ordered through 400, picking up 301-400 soon
– Every membership comes with a STLDGC koozie, Brett to order more koozies (50-70 left)

Ace Pool: $574 (pays $430)
– BDO #5, Ironman, and BDO #6 included
– JB Open is the next eligible event

Finances
Outstanding liabilities
– Sky Hyzer coverage – after B tiers and STLO posted
– STLO Added Cash $5000

General Discussion Items

Roger was curious if we could do even payouts for him
– Voted no as a board due to never having done this before

JB Baskets going up for auction very soon, $150 minimum, getting picked up at the JB Open

Norrenburn’s – we have unclaimed concrete here

2023 Board Ambassador positions as a no commitment position for community members that want to help (could also end up in a board position in the future)

– Player’s pack items: MVP basket, MVP premium disc, Gateway disc, GG Jerky, shirt (use last year STLO logo), club sticker, DA stickers
– Basket deadline for AMs is July 28th (last day to register and get them), store them at C&C or just rent a uhaul and order 50 extra baskets for inventory
– Workdays on courses prior to event (task list posted)
– SkyHyzer is doing the filming and STL/Arch event
– Player pack pickup: Schlafly, Cue & Cushion, Logan, 4 Hands…?
– Raffle to include two Zuca, MVP stuff
– Logan to be the host of the player’s party again this year
– Volunteer / course TD meeting prior to STLO – volunteers are paid $15 / day in vouchers

– Concrete pads

Creve Coeur Hillside – Mike Fritz, Jeff Irwin
– Teepads targeted to be done by end of year (crushed limestone), hope to use parks machinery and volunteers
– Irwin working on artwork for teesigns to be created and installed (after teepads)

Jefferson Barracks Park – Aaron Walther
– Plenty of materials and when parks can move them to the course, work days

Jefferson Barracks Bunker – Allen Hooper, Taylor Thomas
– Overhead map Willems is working on

Sioux Passage – Coaches – Freddie
– Hoop and Dude may have DGA sleeves to use for replacements, Irwin has Innova sleeves
– Pin positions need to be cleared out
– End of year, beginning of next year: New baskets – Mach 7s or Discatchers

Briscoe Woods – Coaches – Paul
– Hold off on official tee signs due to possible changes – old holes potentially coming back

Sunset Lakes – Jeff Irwin, Lavan Lee
– We will not be making any upgrades to existing baskets for now as they are fine

Carrollton – Coaches – Ethan Livaudais
– Gold layout tested at BDO with good feedback – potential change in removing hole 14 and creating a new hole 2 for design and flow
– Eventually targeting two baskets per hole – ordering 3 more now
– Adding concrete pads to make a golds before STLO
– Fall 2022: Tree planting through releaf

Endicott – TC Brown, Jeremy Muehling
– Jeremy Muehling to be a co-captain
– Sleeves need replaced – Hooper to help coordinate (sleeves at Brett’s)
– To be fixed: hole 9 wall, hole 13 C
– Teesigns shelved for now: Daniel Moss
