Adopt a hole(s) – community members to volunteer to care for one or more holes under the guidance of the course captain (put on ballot) – kill this plan
Website changes – Robert to take adding events to website
Vote on Bylaws document (quorum needed) – will vote during November meeting to ratify these, feedback for changes to be included due by 11/15

JB teepads – Underbid due to teepads being 10” thick. Have removed 12 of the holes to date, formed up 3, and looking at pouring back 9 next Thursday. Looking to recoup some of the underbid if possible
- Hole 4 might need special attention due to the wall below the pad failing.
  - Tabling discussion on both with Hooper to provide table of options via Slack
- Hoop to make a post about pouring the back 9 looking for volunteers once the date is more defined
