Membership (Alex)

2021 Membership: 361 members (4 replacement) — 2020 Membership: 286 tags

*20 Club Memberships purchased via STLO registration.

Current Ace Pool: $65 (pays our 75%: $47)

Club memberships should be promoted: goal of 400 for 2021, still buys into Club Championships – 400th member gets $25 voucher to STLDGC Inventory

Ryan paid in full for Bunker tee signs and overhead sign

Carrollton basket invoice to be received and paid after STLO

Invoice to be received to pay for Bunker tee signs and overhead map

EVENTS (Group)

2021 Tournament Schedule

(C) Battle at the Barracks 7/24 (JB / The Bunker)

• Change in name for 2022 to avoid confusion
• Successful event, lots of vouchers given/redeems, lots of inventory moved

(C) Meramec Meltdown 8/21 (Unger / Willmore)

• Registration open, help promote
• Switch to Willmore due to unforeseen complications
• Later in the year next year (Sunset a bit overgrown in OB areas)

(A) STLO 9/17-19 (Multiple)

• Schedule set, Hayley to update on disc golf scene
• Gather volunteer names, assign to needed position, coordinate, gather more
• Volunteer compensation to be determined
• Coordinate with STLO course captains and schedule work days as needed
• Tee sign sponsorships to be sold: $50 per hole, $250 for one at each course
• Still need to secure food truck for player’s party – one with a verbal agreement
• Continue talking with potential players
• Taylor and Brett to order more inventory
• Gateway is in for the player’s pack
• Lakeside will have temporary tee signs and turf pads installed
• Logan will have new tee pads (DiscGolfPark)
• Unger will have turf pads installed
• Vendors for the flymart should be secured
• Whiskers to be ordered for the circle at all 6 courses

Club Champs 10/2-3

• $30 membership with a Club Stamped Disc (putter from Gateway)

(C) Willmore Open 10/30

• $250 added cash, Dark Ace, Gateway

Turkey Toss 11/26

 

Goal: next year’s schedule should remain generally the same

• Tree planting – Allen to continue coordination with Ethan and P&R and Maint/Forestry.

Creve Coeur (Irwin, Fritz)

• Lakeside:
• Hillside: Either pole or whole basket needs replaced on damaged practice basket – to be ordered

Endicott (TC) : Tree removal done

Jefferson Barracks (______): 

• Mach III storage 
• Hooper to continue replacing sleeves
• Joe to continue coordination with AJ to get materials (rock, etc)
• Mach X sponsor signs ordered

Sioux Passage (_____): 

• Nick Rupp is not interested in captaincy, but willing to help
• Coaches will take over captaincy

Sunset Lakes (Irwin): 

The Bunker (Hollingshead):

• Possible mando on 5 (down 6 fairway) at bunker
• Overhead map ordered

Unger Park (Adams, Jaegers, Clever)

• Turf pads: 6 more pads for 6 unfinished holes (12,14-18). Muddy pads
• Joe to execute turf installation
• Expansion: Numerous parcels (E of Hole 10) for possible expansion possibilities. 
• Ordering a new basket to fix worst basket on course

Willmore (Rickard, Augustine)

• Pin replacements are an ongoing project
