Outstanding liabilities

Hillside Concrete Teepads
- Quote to be ready early next week, then we vote on it immediately
- Then it will be on Irwin, Hooper, and Parks department to coordinate and execute the work
Endicott Tee Signs
- Board approved to move forward, down payment made
- Ethan has ideas for new pins before we finalize tee sign art
Willmore Tee Signs – Hooper and Hellwig working it

2024 STLO Dates Finalization – Brett to submit tomorrow
Dark Ace Putting League
- Dark Ace will not be running it and asked if we are interested
- We are interested – Taylor to be the main guy and the rest of us can fill in when needed
- One format all season, added benefit to club members
St. Louis County Library – Intro to disc golf programs (Spring 2024)
- Gateway Team has been doing a great job of these kinds of things
- Jeff Irwin to reach out to Gateway and try to coordinate something here
Eric Peal wants to be a course captain at Sunset Lakes
- Eric and Irwin to chat about it
By-Laws Rewrite
- Irwin rewrote, Hayley reviewed and shared with board to review, Irwin to write again to reflect 2024 changes
