Memberships

2022 Memberships – 250 sold, 1 replacements
– We have ordered through 400, picking up 301-400 soon
– Every membership comes with a STLDGC koozie, Brett to order more koozies (50-70 left)

Ace Pool: $252 (pays $189)
– BDO #4 and Tin Man included
– BDO #5 is the next eligible event

General Discussion Items

Sponsor commitments
– Still need to obtain the rest of the sponsors for Hillside – Brett to do

Sunset basket refurbish – we’re going to need an itemized list before moving forward

Hillside tee pad options – Jake, Hoop, Ray
– We’d like to establish the easiest tee pad locations before putting them in – subcommittee established to work with Brett and Irwin

Sponsor Banner – St. Louis County Parks, Schlafly, Gateway, Climb SoIL, SkyHyzer, St. Louis City Parks, Norrenburn’s, Zuca (Proposed: Bunkr Studio, Coaches, SA, SoNoProblem, Honest Appliance Repair)

2023 schedule makeup (product offering)
– Club events are not really desired, just PDGA or unique events moving forward
– Regular tag battle (monthly or weekly) at Endicott

Hooper to put in PVC on non-used pin positions

Looking into club branded merchandise for inventory
– DA screen-printer as an option, Brett to reach out to company that did STLO shirts last year

Norrenburn’s – we have unclaimed concrete here

Tax situation – we are going to have to file the more complicated form because of the money we are taking in

2023 Board Ambassador positions as a no commitment position for community members that want to help (could also end up in a board position in the future)

We have club handout / pamphlet that we want on kiosks and at tournaments – need to update it and figure out who has keys to the kiosks

– Player’s pack item ideas: MVP basket, MVP premium disc, GG Jerky, DA collaborative apparel, and more to be brainstormed
– Baskets: store them at C&C or just rent a storage unit
– MVP has agreed to do more than 300 baskets, so all amateurs will receive one – matched by a premium disc (if we want custom stamped, we pay stamping costs)
– Raffle to include two Zuca
– Logan to be the host of the player’s party again this year in exchange for pros playing there on Sunday (video coverage)
– Volunteer / course TD meeting prior to STLO

– Installation of some concrete pads in the coming weeks

Jefferson Barracks Park – Aaron Walther
– Plenty of materials and when parks can move them to the course, we’ll schedule work days

Jefferson Barracks Bunker – Allen Hooper, Taylor Thomas
– Hooper working on teepads
– Overhead map

Sioux Passage – Coaches – Freddie
– New baskets: Mach 7s a possibility
– Hoop and Dude may have DGA sleeves to use for replacements
– Pin positions need to be cleared out

Briscoe Woods – Coaches – Paul
– Short term plans: general cleanup/trimming/upkeep
– Hold off on official tee signs due to possible changes – old holes potentially coming back
– Francis is upset with coaches changes here – working on soothing this relationship
– May update: Simple tee signs installed and holes renumbered for better flow

Sunset Lakes – Jeff Irwin
– Itemized udget to be created for replacement baskets
– May update: All tournaments there are allowed now but $1 a person fee

Carrollton – Coaches – Ethan Livaudais
– Gold Layout – Brett to test on 7/4 at BDO
– Holes can be filled with dirt freely
– Fall 2022: Tree planting through releaf

Endicott – TC Brown
– Sleeves need replaced – Hooper to get sleeves from Gateway and coordinate with TC
– Open position for another course captain
– To be fixed: hole 9 wall, hole 13 C
– Teesigns shelved for now

Unger – Dan Adams, Joe Jaegers, Eric Clever
– Brett to run Unger expansion idea through county parks and coordinate with Joe
– Brett to continue coordination of Eagle scout project(s) – bridges

Willmore – John Hellwig
– Ryan Rickard out, John Hellwing in as course captain – voted and no one opposed
– Hooper working replacement or repair of handful of pin placements
– Off season: Tee signs to be upgraded
